Directions

Proceed toward Dereham on the A47.

Turn off the A47 sign Swanton Morley.

Follow signs carefully (or sat nav!) to Swanton Morley

Drive through Swanton Morley toward Bawdeswell, drive past the church, down the hill and across the 2 narrow river bridges (river Wensum).

Continue straight ahead (do not take the right hand turn sign posted Bylaugh), climb the hill and near the summit look for caravan and camping site on the right (green sign) - take small left hand turning almost opposite.

Oak Farm is immediately on your right.

Drive through the metal gates and Oak Farm Cottage is the first building on your left.  

Parking is either adjacent to the cottage or continue to the gravel car park behind the cottage.

The key will be in the key safe alongside the front door, the code for this will be emailed/texted to you prior to your arrival
