Brilliant place to stay.
Lovely accommodation with every little thing you need.
Pool was a hit especially with our 7 year old!
Good location to see lots of things - the seals at Horsey gap are a must plus the 1940`s tea room.

We had a lovely restful time in an exceptional barn conversion.
The pool was, of course, a wonderful addition to the accommodation.
We did some excursions to the coast but our main objective was rest and relaxation and Oak Farm Cottage certainly helped us achieve this.

This is our 2nd time coming back and still just as fab as the first time.
We travelled around more this time;
Roar - amazing day out if you have younger kids, we spent the whole day.
Pippitts adventure (animal) also had the most amazing day.
Gt Yarmouth for the day.
Bure Valley railway, a great little adventure on a mini steam train + museum.
National trust - Blickling Estate, such a fab full day also
Multi times in the pool.
We had the best day with great weather!

Thank you for a lovely week in your fabulous cottage and for making us so welcome.
Our 2 grandsons have had a great holiday - they both loved the pool and have now both learnt to swim without armbands.

Another lovely stay in out favourite holiday cottage.
Some rain this week but it just meant we had more time in the pool.
WE didn`t need to visit any gardens because we had Karen`s wonderful flowers to enjoy.

These last 2 weeks have been our 3rd visit this year.
We love Oak Farm Cottage, especially the pool.
The icing on the cake this time has been the wall to wall sunshine.
We are looking forward to coming back next year.
Ronnie says, " I am only 23 months but I learn`t to swim this time. Yeah!! - with arm bands though"

We had a wonderful stay here in Oak Farm Cottage.
John & Karen have provided everything and more.
The swimming pool is fantastic, our little one loved it.
We discovered a lovely little play park in Swanton Morley, on Goosehill - on the left.
WE are looking forward to coming back in June.

A very enjoyable second visit to Oak Farm Cottage.
Visits to Blickling, Cromer, Norwich, Holkham, Sainsbury centre and lasdun architechure at UEA was excellent.
Lots of running on local roads, including up to Bintree watermill - which is very picturesque.
Playground and beach at Holkham are great for kids and very good value - only pay for parking.
Pool wonderful this time of year of course and cottage equipped perfectly

This is our second visit to Oak Farm Cottage and what a wonderful week we`ve had.
The Cottage is amazing.
We had a few trips out, seal trip from Morston Quay, Africa Alive, Hunstanton and Watatunga Wildlife Reserve.
Would recommend all.
Most of the other time we we`ve been in the pool, brilliant.

Home from home, but better - can we swap!!
What a wonderful base - John & Karen`s attention to detail is beyond belief.
Combined with a beach hut at Wells Next-The -Sea and really good weather, it has been a remarkable holiday.
It has been a perfect holiday base(the pool has been a very special extra) but would be happy to have had an "adult holiday" with older friends.
There is so much more we want to do and see.
Would recommend to anyone & look forward to our next visit.

This is our second time in this beautiful cottage.
The pool has been enjoyed each day and is a fabulous extra.
We`ve enjoyed Wells, Old Hunstanton, The Broads, Gressenhall, and the beautiful Old Vicarage gardens at East Ruston.

Altogether a super holiday.

3 families on their 4th, 3rd and 2nd visits respectively, so you can see how much we love Oak Farm Cottage.
We did some old favourites (Wells Beach hut, the broads, Walsingham-Wells railway & crabbing at Blakeney) also visited some new attractions - Dinosaur Roar, Wizard Maze & Muckleburgh.
The rest of our time was spent in the pool.

We really enjoyed Foxes wood spotting the butterflies.
Roar was good fun for the children.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Oak Farm Cottage. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. John and Karen were very welcoming and the hamper and toiletries they provided were nice little touches. The private outdoor space and the use of the indoor swimming pool were fabulous. 
We spent most mornings in the pool and the afternoons exploring Norfolk. Our favourites were Holkham hall for the playground and the walks and Wiverton hall for a relaxed afternoon. There is a lovely walk to Blakeney from the grounds of Wiverton hall and by chance when we arrived back to Wiverton hall it was pizza night from the wood fired oven. Highly recommended.

We loved the pool - it was great to come back to after a day out.
It was wonderful to have a welcome box - thank you far the treats too.
Bawdeswell garden centre was great to go to - nice cafe, also had the "cook" range of frozen food.
Blickling Hall was beautiful, Norfolk coast beautiful too.

The beds were very comfy.
We loved the pool and the floats and balls there.
We enjoyed the places here like Bewilderwood and a seal trip on a boat.
We hope to come again !!!

Excellent cottage - very well equipped, clean, comfortable.
Enjoyed exploring an area we have not visited before.
Pool, of course, was great - particularly in a week we had two storms!

Good running along quiet local roads and the byway around the fishing lakes.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage was perfect and the pool was great (our little boy has made really good progress learning to swim!).
We spent long days at the beach in Wells, went crabbing in Cromer and Blakeney, visited Walsingham and the light railway and Pittitts Adventure Park.
Plus the weather was sunny.
Thank you for being such great hosts - the ice creams, fizz and cake were a real treat.

You have thought of every aspect of the holiday home to ensure that we can enjoy our week to the full.
Of course we loved the pool, beautiful warm water, plus the jacuzzi to finish our experience.
The beds are so comfortable, the armchairs so cozy!
The kitchen has everything needed and the information book easily understandable.
The outside space was such a pleasure to use - we loved the private garden.
The beautiful flowers carefully cultivated by Karen are such a sight to behold.

Wow! What a great week we`ve had at Oak Farm.
We`ve had lots of cottage holidays and I think this is the best.
This is a lovely part of the world and the cottage is lovely.
All the mod cons, brilliantly equipped, clean and super comfortable, a real home from home.
Had a few trips out, Banham zoo, seal watching and Alpaca trekking at wells.
The rest of the time we were in the pool.

We have had a fabulous holiday. The cottage is absolutely brilliant and the pool awesome.
We have spent a lot of enjoying not only the swimming pool but the jacuzzi.
We visited Brancaster beach, well worth a visit - well organised and clean with toilets and a small food outlet.
The weather was kind to us i.e. sunny.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at Oak Farm.

Unsurprisingly, we loved the swimming pool.
Despite the weather being a bit lousy, we managed to get out every day.

There is plenty to see around the area; we visited Roar Dinosaur adventure, Pensthorpe park and Meslop farm - all great days out.

We had a really lovely week in the cottage. A mix of weather but it was great to have the amazing pool for rainy days.
Activities we would recommend:
Hiring a boat on the broads.
Renting a beach hut at wells-next-the -sea.
Seal watching boat trip.

We were looking for a quiet break after a busy few months, Oak Farm Cottage was perfect. We have had a peaceful few days and enjoyed good biking at weasenham.
The cottage really is home from home - really well thought out with all we could ask for. Our kids were really impressed with the smart tv and sound bar and the pool was just great. Thank you for a lovely welcome and for enabling us to have some time away.
